Stripe Checkout collects payment details and the buyer email address.
Stripe notifies Directus
A Directus flow receives the Stripe webhook and writes the successful payment into the orders collection.
Frontend unlocks the file
The success page polls for the paid order, then shows a signed download link with a fixed expiry window.
Access and fulfillment
When does the download link appear?
As soon as the Stripe payment is confirmed and the Directus webhook flow has marked the order as paid.
How long does the link stay valid?
The link expires automatically after the configured time window. A fresh link can be requested at any time.
What if the link expires?
Use the renewal form and the site will send a new secure link to the email address used during payment.
